These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation or work we agree with you. By using the site you accept them. Stock Tuner is the contracting party; our address is Northampton, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.

A quotation is an offer to carry out the work described in it, at the price stated, and is valid for the period shown on the quotation itself. Where a quotation offers optional items or alternative packages, the price depends on what you select, and the total shown when you accept is the price that applies.

A quotation becomes a contract when you accept it. Work outside the description in the quotation is chargeable and will be quoted separately before it is carried out.

Where a deposit is stated on the quotation it is payable before work begins. Invoices are due within the payment terms shown on the invoice. We may charge statutory interest on amounts overdue under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Where you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. If you asked us to begin work within that period, you must pay for what has been done up to the point you cancel. See our Return Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising out of any contract is limited to the price paid under it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
